Yuki 7
Chromosphere
Project
Yuki 7 is a spy mystery micro-series on YouTube created by Kevin Dart at Chromosphere. During my time on Yuki 7, I took on a variety of roles, including asset and character modeling, lighting, special effects, and set dressing. As it was a relatively small team, it was common for us to wear multiple hats.
Below is the first episode of the latest micro-series released. The latest series is fully realized with Unreal Engine, marking my introduction to Unreal as a method of rendering linear content. It involved a significantly different pipeline from the typical pre-rendered one I'm accustomed to. I discovered that there's quite a bit of setup required to ensure everything functions properly, but when it does, it's incredibly satisfying to see the final look of the film right there in the preview window of Unreal
